Following the successful implementation and enhancement of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solution for Mazars, Fidenda supported the implementation of a strategic workforce planning solution on the Anaplan platform, offering critical capabilities to the HR business partner teams:

• Easy to consume dashboards with forward-looking views on resource demand and supply
• Identification of gaps and ability to create plans to fill those gaps
• Gender and Ethnicity reporting capabilities
• Consistency of data between Finance and HR planning and reporting
• Scenario(What if?) planning

Based on the Anaplan Way methodology, the solution was implemented in a 15-week timeframe: a 4-week Foundations phase, configuration of the solution in 3 sprints, and 2 comprehensive UAT cycles.
