SENIOR EPM CONSULTANT

As a Senior Consultant, you will have a variety of responsibilities:

  • Leading advisory engagements with existing or prospective customers, helping form their EPM strategy and advising on all aspects including technical, business performance and programme management

  • Leading EPM technical implementations and ensuring success with a variety of consulting skills, project management, technical subject matter expertise and team leadership

  • Whilst not busy working with customers internally-facing activities will include developing and coaching more junior members of the team and contributing to development of propositions and IP.

Your character is critical to performing the role successfully.  We are looking for people who:

Your experience:

  • Strong track record of working on multiple consulting engagements, both advisory and implementation, with a respected consulting firm.  Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant accounting experience, ideally including group financial accounting.  The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA or similar)

  • EPM domain knowledge with deep experience of at least two of the following:  financial budgeting/ forecasting, group financial consolidation, liquidity forecasting, commercial planning (trade promotions), sales planning (quota, forecasting, remuneration), workforce planning, project portfolio planning, asset management planning, or other.

  • Strong technical experience in one of the leading EPM toolsets such as Anaplan or SAP BPC.  Evidence of multiple end-to-end implementations as a developer, team lead and solution architect.

  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience of project management in an EPM context. 

  • The ideal candidate will have general Enterprise IT experience in addition to EPM.  For example, any candidates with experience of SAP ERP or Oracle Financials will be at an advantage.

JUNIOR EPM CONSULTANT

As an EPM Consultant, you will have a variety of responsibilities:

  • Own and lead workstreams on projects to design and deliver EPM solutions to our customers.  Your involvement will be for the full lifecycle of each project, starting with requirements definitions, through to development, deployment and user training.

  • Supporting the Fidenda sales team by developing pre-sales demonstrations and proofs of concept, and presenting these to prospective customers

  • Be involved in developing IP in the form of EPM industry templates

Your experience:

  • Relevant EPM experience, either as a consultant or from having worked for an end user in one of the relevant business functions, such as FP&A or Finance.

  • Relevant accounting experience, ideally including group financial accounting.  The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA or similar)

  • Relevant technical experience, ideally in Anaplan or SAP BPC, as well as Excel proficiency.  You will have been a core part of a team delivering at least one end to end EPM implementation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
