A workplace committed to constant learning and support

We’re a consultancy. If we don’t learn, we lose long-term.

We have a number of things that support this:

Clear capability goals

We use a ‘capability matrix’ to plot the behaviours and skills our consultants develop as they progress within Fidenda. Each consultant has a development manager that works with them to ensure they are getting the support and experiences needed.

Internal knowledge sharing

We run regular online sessions as a team to share knowledge and project experiences so that everyone benefits, and we can always take best practice to our customers.

Additional training & learning hub

We support staff with external training where needed. We have an online hub where consultants can self-serve training on all aspects of the job.

Quarterly in-person meetups

We call them “Platinum Thursday”. We get together to share knowledge, get company updates, and do some fun team-building stuff together, including an evening social.

A feedback culture

We encourage everyone to seek feedback and we use the online Bamboo platform to streamline that.

A supportive community

We actively share technical challenges on MS Teams and support each other through working through them.
