Head of Business Consulting

As the Head of Business Consulting at Fidenda, you will be responsible for shaping and leading advisory engagements with our clients. Helping them transform their planning by simplifying the complex, you will create tangible value by helping them define and understand their business challenges. You will then partner with them to shape a solution as to how Fidenda (and Anaplan) can solve these issues. You will work right across the Fidenda team to ensure consulting excellence is delivered to all clients.

Are you:

  • Experienced in working with customers (across a range of industries and business processes) to help them define process improvements, build a business case and plan for change through workshops.
  • Excited to be an integral part of the ‘Go to Market’ client development team, providing consulting insight and the critical link between client development and delivery functions.
  • Excellent at building and managing effective client relationships, operating at a senior level?

Established in 2017, Fidenda specialises in supporting organisations facing change and disruption by improving the pace and reliability of their business decisions. We achieve this by working with our customers and applying our deep experience in EPM technology and business process, to design and implement solutions that transform them into data-driven organisations.

Our business is rapidly growing, (we doubled headcount this year and are looking to repeat this next year) and the Head of Business Consulting will be a vital member of our team, reporting directly to our MD.

The role will involve:

  • Leading business focussed conversations with clients to help them articulate their problems and then work with them to shape a solution.
  • Supporting the business development team in bid work as an SME to ensure that projects are well-scoped and “set up for success”.
  • Building new value propositions, closely coordinated with product design and sales and marketing.
  • Managing the relationships with our clients and helping support the development of those key accounts by working closely with the Business Development team (although this is NOT a sales role and will not carry a sales target).
  • Shaping and directing advisory engagements with the customer in mind to deliver a successful outcome – you will likely be utilised between 30-40% of the time.
